Acapella Technologies Welcomes New Operations Manager

On February 16th, 2015, Tina Lemay joined our team as an Operations Manager. She will be responsible for various aspects of business organization and client service, including the following:

Handling invoices/payment collections
Setting up/scheduling support tickets
Taking care of general bookkeeping tasks
And much more!

Prior to joining our team, Tina worked as an Office Manager at another IT company, wherein she handled many similar tasks. She’s familiar with the IT industry, which allows us to rest assured knowing our clients are in good hands as she’ll be able to help us:

Improve our onsite and remote support capabilities as she’ll streamline our internal operations to allow our technicians to provide quicker, more efficient onsite or remote support for our clients.
Enhance our level of client service as she’ll work with our clients to answer questions, address concerns, and make sure they’re always happy with the level of service they’re receiving.
