Acapella Technologies Extends a Warm Welcome to Matt Bacon, Systems Engineer, Who Recently Joined Our Team of IT Experts!

Acapella Technologies is pleased to welcome our latest employee, Matt Bacon, who joined our team as a Systems Engineer. Matt’s primary goal is to provide knowledgeable guidance and support while implementing and troubleshooting various technologies for our clients.

We truly believe he’ll be extremely beneficial to our company, as well as our clients – working alongside our team to achieve mutual goals of enhanced client service. He brings a wide range of experience to help our clients make the most of their IT investments, including:

  • Project management: He’s gained thorough experience managing projects and personnel in an IT and software development environment; allowing him to excel at handling IT support requests and operations.
  • Implementations/repairs: He’s deeply knowledgeable in terms of IT management tools, usage of ticketing systems, and custom client software implementations; and he has experience with firewall configuration, disaster recovery, and much more!
  • Client service: He’s worked directly with clients in various positions, including as an onsite technician and technical team lead wherein he maintained existing client relationships on a regular basis while ensuring client satisfaction.

As our Systems Engineer, Matt will be responsible for handling various IT projects, such as implementations, support, and troubleshooting, in order to make sure our clients are truly benefiting from their information technology. His vast range of technical skills allows us to rest assured knowing our clients are in good hands.
