Acapella Technologies Hires a New Help Desk Technician, Gary Cupak, to Serve Our Clients More Effectively!

Acapella Technologies, a leading Manchester, NH Information Technology support company serving businesses in Southern New Hampshire and Northeastern Massachusetts, strives to grow our team with skilled and knowledgeable individuals who share our common goal: effectively serving our clients and promoting their business success through the effective use of information technology.

In an effort to maintain a high level of expertise, we’ve brought on a new help desk technician! On July 15th, 2014, Gary Cupak joined our team of IT experts, bringing his extensive experience as:

  • A QA Technician at Transparent Language: His experience at Transparent Language enabled him to gain a thorough understanding of how to work and troubleshoot various software programs. 
  • A Specialist at the Apple store: His experience at the Apple store enabled him to grow his customer service skills while learning how to troubleshoot all types of Apple technologies.

We feel confident knowing his experience will allow our clients to benefit from quicker response times and problem resolution, in the event of IT issues. As our latest help desk technician, he will be responsible for:

  • Remote maintenance of machines: When IT issues occur, they’re often resolvable via remote IT support; and when you’re in need of remote IT support, you’re able to rest assured knowing the issue will be resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping workstations up-to-date: When workstations aren’t up-to-date on the latest security patches and bug fixes, they’re incredibly vulnerable to malware and viruses; but fortunately, your workstations will be up-to-date at all times!
  • Removing malware and viruses: When workstations are infected with malware or viruses, productivity comes to a complete halt due to slow performance; however, we’ll make sure malware and viruses are removed in a timely manner.

Gary Cupak, a creative thinker, problem solver, and knowledgeable technician, went to college for software design. Prior to finishing school, he gained a lot of experience building and troubleshooting computers for his friends and family. He greatly enjoys working with information technology and helping businesses in the area leverage information technology to meet their unique goals and objectives.
