founder, Matt
Mercier, is a
New Hampshire
native, through
and through. He
was born at St
Joseph’s
Hospital in
Nashua and
graduated from
Hollis Area High
School. He went
on to study at
Keene State
College, where
he earned his
Bachelor’s
degree in Public
Affairs and
Journalism.
Matt has an
extensive
background in
sales and
marketing and
founded Acapella
Technologies in
1995. Matt has
presented on
various
technology
topics to
numerous
organizations
across the
region including
Rotary Clubs,
the Smaller
Business
Association of
New England, and
State Societies
of Certified
Public
Accountants, to
name a few. He
founded the New
Hampshire
Business
Leaders’
Technology
Roundtable to
discuss pressing
technology
issues with
fellow business
owners.
Matt is involved
with several
barbershop
choruses. He has
served two years
as President of
the Nashua
Granite
Statesmen and is
currently
serving on the
Board of
Directors of the
Concord
Coachmen. Matt
is a member of
the Nashua
Rotary Club. He
also works as a
mentor through
Big Brothers/Big
Sisters of
Greater Nashua,
and volunteers
his time with
Home Health and
Hospice of
Greater
Nashua. Matt has
two grown sons,
Michael and
James, and
resides in
Hooksett with
his wife Gina.
